There's more to this than you see in the thumbnail
I've never had any posters on my walls this year. The discussion in Origami Tessellations group inspired me to decorate my walls with what I made.
Also, each of them are made with the equal sized papers(60cm square).
Shruiken Symphony is 40x40cm
Basket weave is 50x50cm
The Water bomb tess 40x30cm (with the frame)
Each of them made and framed by me. Covered in polythene, backed with thermocol, they are waterproof and dust-proof.

Shuriken Symphony
Involves a double square twist.
Started with a 64x64 grid on a 60cm square of printer paper.

Basket weave 2.0
I've been experimenting :D This is the next level of basket weave - 2 strings crossing each other instead of one.
I'm not sure if anyone attempted it before. This consumes a hell LOT of paper!! I've started with a 90cm square and ended up with a tess around 20cm square.

Field of waterbombs
The water bomb Tessellation.
Got bored in the hostel these days and started folding tessellations out of large grids.
This one's from 64x64 grid. 90cm square of printer paper.

Origami for a hairstyle ?!
That's ma sis posing with the origami cranes I made...
The idea happened to arise when a crane accidentally fell on her head. Then I made more.
And yes, she was aware that she's posing for the pic ;)

Splat!!
This is not a piece of cloth, it's paper, actually papers glued to form the structure. What I had in mind was a multicolored ball hitting a wall and making a splatter of colors.
The center is higher than the rest, making it some sort of cone-like structure. It is not as flat as the picture appears to be... For a side view see this.

Colored
The flat collapsible corrugation(http://www.flickr.com/photos/bharathkishore/3779806901/). Now in colors.
Thought experiment!!
This model has been a thought experiment in my head since long, and now I've put it into practice. I turned out well but I didn't foresee it to get curled up. I expected it to lay flat. However, this ain't so bad.

Flat collapsible corrugation!!
I've first seen the corrugation here, which continued to boggle me till I happened to de-mystify it now.
I saw the underlying second degree corrugation, but did manage to get the pleats in the right proportion. My earlier attempts led me to a square twist rather than a corrugation.

Twisted colors!!
I've got the new card sheets long back and didn't know how to put them to good use.
As I was watching them, I got the idea of combining them and here it is!!!
I just get turned on for craft just by looking at them. I've never such a paper in such vivid colors. For starts I've got only 4 of them(red, yellow, green and cyan). Now I think I'm gonna get a lot more of them.

Colossal Dome!!
This was actually because of a *tiny* mistake I made in calculating. I actually made it cover a head(human, normal sized :P). But it's just a *little* bigger than that.... So it now covers all the stuff on my desk, protecting them from dust and unwanted visitors..... :D
Started from a circle abt 40cm in diameter and the model is 25cm across and 15cm high.
